Work Portfolio!

I work. This is it. Enjoy it. (Mandatory).

Any clips that just have an image instead of a video are usually still in the editing process, or i was not sent the finished product - though I will still be found in its credits

Public enemy: Documentary.

Directed by Oliver Hewlett, this documentary focuses on the recurring protests for a ceasefire in Palestine, and the news’ outlook on said protests. With interviews both on the street and in the homes of event goers, ‘Public Enemy’ contains a strong Pro-Palestine message, with a healthy dash of insurrection.

The documentary features on-the-street interviews, and an in-house interview too with a protestor named Juliana, who details her own experiences with other protests alongside the pro-palestine one she attended with the film crew.

I composed all the original music for this doc - and seeing as I don’t typically write hiphop music, I think it went pretty well.

Thats a wrap!: Student Podcast.

A Podcast of 4 members, me, Mark Noble, Jack Evans, and David Williams, shot after filming days on set for ‘Where are they now?’. While the first episode we filmed is WAY too inappropriate to be uploaded anywhere, we also filmed a Reddit Story reading episode, and a proper ‘Thats a Wrap!’ episode, where we sat down and discussed the film we’d just shot the day of wrapping -showcasing clips of the film we’d shot and explaining the creative - and chaotic - process behind the creation of a film that was written the day before the filming started, and every actor cancels.

I wrote the theme for this podcast, alongside appearing in the episodes shot so far.

Spearheaded by Amelia Okoro-Brown and a team of Animation Students from Salford University, Dog Teeth is a subliminal horror piece, following two wolves on their path to take down what seems like an unsuspecting deer in a forest glade. Unfortunately for said wolves, this deer is a little… different.

Who knew they could turn their heads that far?

This animation recently won the Best Film Award at the Salford University Degree Show!

Dog teeth: Student Animatic.

Where are they now?:
Student film.

Have you ever wondered what your favourite child stars got up to after their infamous reality show got cancelled?

‘Where are they now?’ is a mock-umentary focusing on 3 former child stars, and their ‘leader’s’ upcoming break back into the world of fame.

I composed the music used during the demonic communion (don’t ask), was an assistant boom-pole operator, and even appear as a tiny cameo! A lot of the props for the Demonic ritual were mine from home (no comment) and so after drawing the ritual circle i was asked if i wanted to have a small, non-speaking role.

(And if you think the music in the seance sounds similar to another on this site you are WRONG, just WRONG.)

PUNCH Down: STUDENT FILM.

Written by Isaac Mills and produced by Jack Evans, Punch Down is the story of two competing E-Sports Pros who turn to professional martial arts to decide the true winner of a fraudulent finals match. The character the film follows, Gene, is initially dismissive of the training - before receiving a few harsh reality checks and realising he can become better as a person at the same time as learning martial arts. The films twist - and ending, is that his opponent is a regular at the gym he has been training at, and seems more than prepared to take him on.

All of the music in this film was produced by me, and was made specifically for the film. I was sent the Street Fighter 6 soundtrack as a point of inspiration by the producer, and worked from there - being heavily influenced by ‘Guile’s Theme’ from the original games.

The Orange:
Student film.

Have you ever wondered what it would be like if your groceries became possessed with illogical powers and tried to convince you to eat them? And the consequence of consumption being you discover new powers and ultimately die?

Neither had I, but Jack Evans did.

For this film, I wrote a constant score - so the entire film is one 12 minute piece of music, with the Orange being represented by a choral vocal. Whenever it’s on screen, the score represents it.

(and if you think the Orange’s Ascension theme, and the music when he tries to kill the actor music sounds similar to another on this site you are WRONG. AGAIN. Just WRONG!!!)
